How rAI handles the data sent through this site.
Draft for legal review
This text is a draft: counsel has not reviewed it yet and it may change. The items in brackets will be filled in once rAI’s legal entity is defined.
Who is responsible
The controller of the data sent through this site is [Legal entity to be defined], at [address to be defined]. For any privacy question, write to [contact email to be defined].
What data is collected
The form to book a demo asks for a name, a work email and the operator or company. Each request also keeps the language of the page, the version of the consent text that was accepted and when it was accepted. Neither the IP address nor the browser is stored: the IP address is used only in memory, to limit repeated submissions.
What it is used for
The data is used only to answer the request and arrange the demo. It is not used for advertising, not sold and not shared with operators.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the consent given by ticking the box of the form. [Legal basis and applicable law to be confirmed by counsel.]
How long it is kept
Each request is deleted automatically 180 days after it arrives, or earlier when asked. [Period to be confirmed by counsel.]
Who has access
Only the rAI team, which gets an email notice of each request. The data is hosted by [hosting provider to be confirmed] and the notice is sent through [email provider to be confirmed].
Rights over the data
Access to the data, its correction or deletion, or the withdrawal of consent can be asked for by writing to [contact email to be defined]. [Rights and response times to be confirmed by counsel.]
Cookies
The site keeps only two preferences in its own cookies, when they are chosen: the language and the light or dark theme. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking tools.
Data of an operator’s players
This text covers the site only. The data rAI processes on behalf of an operator, such as the conversations with its players, is governed by the data processing agreement signed with that operator.
Changes to this text
Each version of this text is dated. The consent text of the form has a version too, and each request keeps the version that was accepted.
