Cookie policy
What this site stores in the browser, and why.

01Summary
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking tools. It stores in the browser only what is needed to remember the chosen language and for the support chat to work.
02The language cookie
A first-party cookie of this site remembers the language chosen with the language selector, to show it on the next visit. It is set only when a language is chosen, and it expires after a year.
03The chat session
When the page loads, the chat keeps an anonymous session identifier in the browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. It lets the conversations be resumed from that browser, and the session expires after 90 days without use. If the browser does not allow it to be stored, as in a private window, the chat keeps it only while the page is open.
04The chat’s welcome message
When the chat shows a welcome message next to its button, it keeps a mark in the browser’s session storage so that the message is not repeated in the same visit. The mark is cleared when the tab is closed.
05How to delete them
The cookie and the site’s storage can be deleted from the browser’s settings. Once the chat session is deleted, the earlier conversations are no longer available from that browser and the chat starts a new session.
