Ask in the chatIn development

Ray will reply right here

Ray will staff this site’s chat, with the help center’s articles, and will reply with the steps, not with links to read. For now, the chat lists frequent topics and the way to a demo.

  • Steps with the exact names

The console path in bold, such as Knowledge › Upload files.

  • A question before handing off

If a detail is missing, Ray will ask for it before passing the question on.

  • A person, when needed

If there is no published reply or someone asks to talk to a person, the conversation will go to the Convray team.

Illustrative example: in Convray’s support chat, someone asks how to upload a file to knowledge and Ray replies with three numbered steps and a note on pdf and docx processing.

Illustrative example with sample data.

Service status

The availability of the console and the widget, and ongoing incidents, are published on the status page.
