ProgramIn development
The first businesses will set up Ray alongside the team that builds it
The early access program will work closely with each business: the knowledge, the sensitive topics, the tests and a staged go-live, with a way back to the previous chat at any time.
Early access with close support from the team. Ray is in development.

What it will includeIn development
Close support from end to end, not just an account
Each company in the program will work with the team that builds Ray, from the first conversation until Ray is serving all of its customers.
Guided setup
The Convray team will set up Ray together with the company: widget language, mode, tone and installation.
Knowledge ready to use
The export from the current tool will be turned into drafts with a cleanup report; nothing will be published without review.
The company’s own sensitive topics
Ray’s base list plus the topics the company defines, with the holding message and the path to the team.
The company’s test cases
The company’s frequent questions will be turned into cases that measure each answer before going live.
Going live in stages
Copilot only at first, then a growing share of customers, with a switch to go back to the previous chat.
A direct line to the team
Feedback, bugs and requests will go to the people who build Ray and will shape what comes next.
How it will workIn development
Three steps, unhurried and with a way back
Going live will move forward only when the company’s team is satisfied with the results of each stage.
- 01
Request access
A short conversation with the team that builds Ray to review the company’s case.
- How Ray will resolve the company’s frequent questions and where the team will see each source
- Which topics will go to a person and how the draft will reach the team
- A staged migration plan from the current tool
- 02
Setup
The knowledge will be imported and reviewed, the sensitive topics and the test cases will be defined, and the widget will be installed with a single script.
Illustrative example: the imported knowledge becomes drafts for review, with warnings for duplicates, empty and expired items.

Going live in stages
Copilot only at first; then Ray will reply to a share of customers that will grow in stages, with a way back to the previous chat.

Commitments
What the company will be asked for and what Convray will bring
The program will run both ways: the company will bring its knowledge and its judgment, and Convray the setup and the product.
What the company is asked for
- A person in charge of customer service, with time for the reviews
- The existing knowledge: articles, files and saved replies
- Its own sensitive topics and who will handle them
- Reviewing drafts during the copilot-only stage
- Candid feedback on what is working and what is not
What Convray will bring
- Setup and migration together with the company’s team
- Clear notice of what is ready and what is still in development
- Each company’s data kept isolated and no secret in the widget code
- Read-only tools: no money and no account changes
- A way back to the previous chat at any stage
In the openIn development
Ray is in development, and we say so
The features on this site belong to the product being built. Those marked “In development” will arrive in stages, and each company’s plan will state what can be used at the start and what will come later.
In stages
Each company will know which features it uses today and which ones come later, before signing.
No promised results
No metrics or customer stories are published: each company’s results will be measured with its own test cases.
Always with a way back
A switch on the company’s side will send new sessions back to the previous chat.

Questions about the program
Which companies can join?
Companies that serve customers over chat and have knowledge published or ready to publish. The first conversation reviews whether the case fits what Ray will be able to do at the start.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the existing knowledge and the sensitive topics. The stages and their dates are agreed in each company’s plan.
What if the results are not convincing?
Going live will not move to the next stage without the team’s approval, and a switch on the company’s side will send new sessions back to the previous chat.
Which languages will Ray reply in?
Latin American Spanish, English or Brazilian Portuguese. The company will set the widget language in the console.
How is it billed?
Only the questions Ray resolves will be paid for, with a platform fee and a monthly cap. The final terms will be set in the contract.
Where will the data be kept?
Each company’s data will be kept isolated in the database, and the widget code will carry no secrets.
