Web widgetIn development
The site chat, in the business’s brand and language
A single script will put Ray on the site, with the business’s name and colors, on phones and on desktop. Customers will get written, formatted answers in the language the business sets up.
Early access with hands-on help from the team. Ray is in development.
Illustrative example of a fictional store’s site with the chat open: the customer asks how long a shipment takes and Ray replies with the time frame and the steps to track it.

BrandIn development
With the company’s name and colors
The company sets in the console how the chat looks. Ray appears as a virtual assistant, always with the notice that the replies are automatic.
Name and welcome
The company’s display name in the header and its own welcome message.Brand color
The launcher and the chat’s buttons take the color the company sets.Allowed origins
A list of origins will control which sites can load the widget.

AccessibilityIn development
On the phone and on the desktop, for anyone
On the phone, the chat will fill the screen; on the desktop, a panel beside the site. Both with keyboard and screen reader support.
- Everything will be usable from the keyboard, with focus always visible.
- New messages will be announced to screen readers, and the AI notice will be read with every reply.
- Enough contrast, and text that can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
- It will respect the device’s reduced motion setting.
- Designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.

LanguageIn development
The company sets the chat’s language
Latin American Spanish, English or Brazilian Portuguese: the company will pick one in the console and Ray will reply in that language. The widget will have no language picker.
- If a customer writes in another language, they will get a fixed line in the configured language, such as “This chat is in English.”, and Ray will keep helping.
- Dates, numbers and amounts in each language’s and region’s format, with wording written for each language.
Domestic orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days after the order is confirmed.
To track the shipment:
- Go to My account › Orders.
- Open the order and choose Track shipment.

IdentityIn development
Identified or anonymous customer
The widget holds no secrets. The identity is signed by the company’s server, and without a valid signature Ray will not look up any account’s data.
Illustrative example in two columns. With a signed identity, Ray reports the refund’s status with read-only account data. Without a valid signature, the customer is anonymous and Ray asks them to sign in to see account data.
A customer signed in on the site
The identity is signed by the company’s server. Ray will be able to report the status of an order or a refund, read-only and with the time it was last updated.
Without a valid signature
Ray will reply from the published knowledge, and for account data it will ask the customer to sign in. A customer number typed in the chat never counts as proof.

Chat statesIn development
Formatted replies, after hours and closing
The customer will always know who is replying and what comes next: an automatic reply, a person from the team, a wait notice or a closed conversation.
Illustrative example of three chat states: a reply with numbered steps, the after-hours notice with the option to get the reply by email, and the closing of a resolved conversation with a rating from 1 to 5.
Formatted reply
Numbered steps, exact menu and button names, and the question of whether it was resolved. No article cards and no sources.
After hours
If no one on the team is online, an honest notice and the option to get the reply by email, in the same thread.
Closing
When the customer confirms, the conversation will be resolved and closed, with an optional rating of the service.
